Facilitator Training

We offer a structured curriculum that will prepare your own local trainers to teach the Youth/ Law Enforcement Curriculum or facilitate Youth/ Law Enforcement Forums. After the full facilitator training, trainer will have the tools to offer the program on an ongoing basis

Two-day facilitator training: includes instruction on curriculum materials, adult learning techniques, youth engagement, facilitation skills, and practice sessions
Mentoring: Expert facilitators assist and mentor new facilitators and they teach the program
Booster training: half and full day refresher courses for trained facilitators
One-on-one panel facilitator mentoring and training
